Overview

This course teaches learners the basics on how to make an attainable sales goal.

Challenge

Girl Scouts were making goals they were not achieving, which left the Girl Scout Troop with a surplus of cookies, decreasing profit margins and leaving the Troop with less funds for the coming year.

Solution

This training is an abbreviated version of an eLearning course.  This course was created to offer more support to Troop Leaders. 

This course teaches learners how to make an attainable sales goal.  Girl Scouts must work hand in hand with a supervising adult when selling Girl Scout Cookies, making this training a collaboration between the Girl Scout and their supporting adult.  This collaboration ensures the goals that are being made are goals that can be achieved.
